R01: ILDA Member, staying at Radisson Blu Carlton – $799.00
This rate is valid for current ILDA Members who are reserving rooms with the Radisson Blu Carlton hotel reservation link for ILDA attendees. This rate includes a $250 credit on Conference registration. This rate is also valid for current ILDA Members who live in Bratislava and who will stay in their own home each night.
R02: ILDA Member, NOT staying at Radisson Blu Carlton – $1,049.00
Use this if you are NOT staying at the Radisson Blu Carlton hotel or if you are not reserving Radisson Blu Carlton rooms using the hotel reservation link for ILDA attendees. (If you live in Bratislava and are staying in your own home each night, go back and use the lower Radisson Blu Carlton rate.)
R03: Non-member, staying at Radisson Blu Carlton – $1,049.00
This rate is valid for non-members who are reserving rooms with the Radisson Blu Carlton hotel reservation link for ILDA attendees. This rate includes a $250 credit on Conference registration. This rate is also valid for non-members who live in Bratislava and who will stay in their own home each night.
R04: Non-member, NOT staying at Radisson Blu Carlton – $1,299.00
Use this if you are a non-member who is NOT staying at the Radisson Blu Carlton, or if you did not reserve Radisson Blu Carlton rooms using the hotel reservation link for ILDA attendees. (If you live in Bratislava and are staying in your own home each night, go back and use the lower Radisson Blu Carlton rate.)

This registration is for the ILDA Conference, including the Lase-Off and Awards dinners. (Note: The Conference does NOT include any Laser Safety Education classes or the 9 Nov. Cultural Tour.)

Spouse/Guest info: When you register, you can also register a spouse or one or more guests who are staying with you in the same room. The cost is $349 per ILDA Member's spouse/guest, or $474 for a non-member's spouse/guest. The spouse/guest can attend all meals, the Welcome Reception, the Lase-Off, and the Awards Banquet; but they can NOT attend the business, seminar or workshop meetings. (A spouse/guest can also go on the 9 Nov. Cultural Tour by signing up separately.) A Spouse/Guest is defined as a person related to a Full Conference registrant. The relationship must be that the spouse/guest is married, is a significant other, is a family member, or is a personal friend who is not employed in a lasershow-related business.

Save money by registering as early as possible. Prices go up to $799 during Late Registration, 1 September to 7 November.

Also save money by booking ILDA-rate rooms with the Radisson Blu Carlton hotel.
Simply book directly with the hotel using the hotel reservation link for ILDA attendees. This will assure that ILDA is properly credited for your stay. If you do not use this method, your ILDA Conference registration cost will be $250 higher to cover ILDA's hotel contract penalties.
