R01: ILDA Member, staying at Hôtel Bonaventure – $765.00
This rate is valid for current ILDA Members who are reserving rooms with the Hôtel Bonaventure using the special ILDA code or link. This rate includes a $250 credit on Conference registration. This rate is also valid for current ILDA Members who live in Montréal and who will stay in their own home each night.
R02: ILDA Member, NOT staying at Hôtel Bonaventure – $965.00
Use this if you are NOT staying at the Hôtel Bonaventure or if you are not reserving Hôtel Bonaventure rooms using the hotel reservation code or link for ILDA attendees. (If you live in Montréal and are staying in your own home each night, go back and use the lower Hôtel Bonaventure rate.)
R03: Non-member, staying at Hôtel Bonaventure – $1,015.00
This rate is valid for non-members who are reserving rooms with the Hôtel Bonaventure using the special ILDA code or link. This rate includes a $250 credit on Conference registration. This rate is also valid for non-members who live in Montréal and who will stay in their own home each night.
R04: Non-member, NOT staying at Hôtel Bonaventure – $1,215.00
Use this if you are a non-member who is NOT staying at the Hôtel Bonaventure, or if you did not reserve Hôtel Bonaventure rooms using the hotel reservation link or code for ILDA attendees. (If you live in Montréal and are staying in your own home each night, go back and use the lower Hôtel Bonaventure rate.)

This registration is for the ILDA Conference, including the Lase-Off and Awards dinners. (Note: The Conference does NOT include any Laser Safety Education classes or the Nov. 13 Cultural Tour.)

Spouse/Guest info: When you register, you can also register a spouse or one or more guests who are staying with you in the same room. The cost is $325 per ILDA Member's spouse/guest, or $425 for a non-member's spouse/guest. The spouse/guest can attend all meals, the Welcome Reception, the Lase-Off, and the Awards Banquet; but they can NOT attend the business, seminar or workshop meetings. (A spouse/guest can also go on the Nov. 13 Cultural Tour by signing up separately.) A Spouse/Guest is defined as a person related to a Full Conference registrant. The relationship must be that the spouse/guest is married, is a significant other, is a family member, or is a personal friend who is not employed in a lasershow-related business.

Save money by registering as early as possible. Prices go up to $765 during Regular Registration, July 1 - September 30, and $965 during Late Registration, October 1 to November 11.

Also save money by booking ILDA-rate rooms with the Hôtel Bonaventure.
Simply book directly with the hotel using the hotel reservation link for ILDA attendees available on this page. This will assure that ILDA is properly credited for your stay. If you do not use this method, your ILDA Conference registration cost will be $250 higher to cover ILDA's hotel contract penalties.
