2019 ILDA Conference - ILDA-Invited Speaker registration

Registration

  • This rate is valid for persons invited by ILDA to speak who are reserving rooms with the Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort using the special ILDA code or link. This rate includes a $50 credit on ILDA-Invited Speaker registration. This rate is also valid for speakers who live in Orlando and who will stay in their own home each night. Guests/spouses may attend at a rate of $350.
  • Use this if you are an ILDA-invited speaker who is NOT staying at the Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort hotel, or if you did not reserve hotel rooms using the hotel reservation link or code for ILDA attendees. (If you live in Orlando and are staying in your own home each night, go back and use the lower rate for speakers staying at the Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort.) Guests/spouses may attend at a rate of $425.

This registration is for persons who have been invited by ILDA to speak or otherwise present at the 2019 ILDA Conference in Orlando. YOU WILL NEED A SPECIAL CODE FROM ILDA IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR THIS. Contact ILDA if you do not have the code. ILDA-Invited Speakers can include:

  • Event industry professionals who are not doing lasers
  • Regulators and safety experts
  • Film producers
  • General motivational speakers
  • The 2019 Career Achievement Award winner

ILDA Members do NOT qualify for the ILDA-Invited Speaker registration, except for the 2019 Career Achievement Award recipient. If he or she is an ILDA Member, they may sign up at the ILDA-Invited Speaker rate.

ILDA-Invited Speaker registration entitles you to speak at the session(s) to which you have been invited by ILDA, and to all meals, the Opening Reception, the Lase-Off and the Awards Banquet. This rate covers ILDA's costs for meals and other direct conference expenses.

You may invite your spouse or guests to attend, at a lower rate. This also includes the speaking session, meals, Opening Reception, Lase-Off and Awards.

If you wish to go on the Nov. 12 visit to a theme park you can purchase those tickets separately when they become available.
