R01: ILDA Member, staying at Riviera Hotel – $1,049.00
Valid for current ILDA Members who reserved rooms directly with the Riviera Hotel, using ILDA's group code -- includes a $250 credit.
R02: ILDA Member, NOT staying at Riviera. – $1,299.00
Use this if you are NOT staying at the Riviera, or if you did not reserve Riviera rooms directly with the hotel using ILDA's group code.
R03: Non-member, staying at Riviera. – $1,299.00
Valid for non-members who reserved rooms directly with the Riviera Hotel, using ILDA's group code -- includes a $250 credit.
R04: Non-member, NOT staying at Riviera. – $1,549.00
Use this if you are a non-member who is NOT staying at the Riviera, or if you did not book directly with the Riviera using ILDA's group code.

Registration is closed

This registration is for the full ILDA Conference, including the Lase-Off and the Awards. (Note: The Full Conference does NOT include the Laser Safety Officer class on Nov. 17, nor the Hoover Dam bus tour on Nov. 20 -- these require separate registrations and fees.)

Spouse/guest info: When you register, you can also register one or more spouses or guests who are staying with you in the same room, for $375 per spouse/guest. The spouse/guest can attend all meals, the Welcome Reception, the Lase-Off, and the Awards Banquet; but they can NOT attend the business, seminar or workshop meetings.

Save money by registering as early as possible:

The lowest prices are during Early Registration, from June 28 through August 15.
Prices go up $250 during Regular Registration, August 16 through September 30.
Prices go up another $250 during Late Registration, October 1 to November 17.

Also save money by booking ILDA-rate rooms directly with the Riviera. Simply book your Riviera room using the special ILDA room reservation webpage, or calling them at +1 702-794-9412 and giving them the ILDA group code "SILDA14". If you do this, you save $250 on your Full Conference registration!
